The NVIDIA)/ Mellanox)MFS1S90-H003E is a 2×200Gb/s QSFP56 to 2×200Gb/s QSFP56 HDR InfiniBand active branch cable. Four-channel small pluggable 56 optical module (QSFP56) is used, including 4 pairs of high-speed copper cables, each pair can support data transmission rate up to 50Gb/s.. The cable conforms to QSFP56 MSA and IEEE 802.3 standards.
Optical fiber cable provides higher port bandwidth, density and configurability for data center, and has lower cost and power consumption, which is widely used in cloud computing and supercomputers. In addition, optical cables are also widely used to connect NVIDIA)GPU-based systems to InfiniBand networks and InfiniBand storage networks.
