NVIDIA)/ Mellanox)MMS1X00-NS400 is compatible with 400gbase-dr4qsfp112ndr InfiniBand optical module PAM4 (single mode, 1310nm, 500m, MPO-12/APC, DOM).

The NVIDIA)/ Mellanox compatible QSFP112 NDR InfiniBand optical module is an InfiniBand 400Gb/s single-port QSFP112, DR4 single-mode parallel optical module, which uses a single 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The short-distance 4-channel (DR4) design adopts 100G-PAM4 modulation, and achieves a transmission distance of up to 500m on OS2 single-mode fiber. This optical module is used to connect ConnectX-7/QSFP112 network card and 2x400G IB switch with dual-port optical module.
When connected to a 1:2 branch optical cable, there are only two channels at the splitting end, and only two channels in the 400G optical module will be activated, thus automatically generating 200G speed and reducing power consumption.
It is an ideal solution for supercomputing, suitable for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end system, and can be seamlessly integrated into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient and high-performance interconnection.
