The NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS4X50-NM is compatible with 800G OSFP 2xFR4 PAM4 NDR InfiniBand optical modules (single mode, 1271nm/1291nm/1311nm/1331nm, 2km, dual LC/UPC, DOM, top heatsink).

This module is an 800Gb/s 2x400Gb/s dual-port OSFP 2xFR4 single-mode multiplexed optical module with dual-fiber four-channel duplex LC connectors (100G-PAM4 per channel). Using CWDM4 serial multiplexing over 1310nm wavelength grid in 2xFR4 design with 100G-PAM4 electro-optical modulation, it is compatible with InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.
Key features: Ideal for supercomputing, seamlessly integrates into compute/storage infrastructure for high-performance interconnection, suitable for Quantum-2 liquid-cooled switches.
