The NVIDIA/Mellanox MCA7J60-N001 is compatible with 800G OSFP top-heatsink to 2x400G OSFP NDR InfiniBand flat-top breakout active high-speed cables (OSFP to 2xOSFP, 30AWG).
This cable is an 800Gb/s dual-port OSFP to 2×400Gb/s dual-port OSFP InfiniBand NDR dual-breakout active high-speed cable. The 8-channel dual-port OSFP end features a top heatsink, suitable for Quantum-2 and Spectrum-4 switch chassis. The two 400G ports support 4-channel 100G-PAM4 (400G) via flat-top OSFP packaging, compatible with ConnectX-7 network cards with connector heatsinks, compliant with OSFP MSA and IEEE 802.3ck standards.
Key features: Active copper provides ultra-low latency for short-distance data center connectivity (servers/GPUs to TOR switches, backbone to super-backbone switches within racks), ideal for InfiniBand storage setups with HDD/flash subsystems.
