The NVIDIA/Mellanox MFS1S90-H003E is compatible with 2x200G QSFP56 to 2x200G QSFP56 HDR InfiniBand active breakout cables (2xQSFP56 to 2xQSFP56).This cable is a 2×200Gb/s QSFP56 to 2×200Gb/s QSFP56 HDR InfiniBand active breakout cable, using a Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable 56 (QSFP56) module with 4 pairs of high-speed copper cables. Each pair supports data rates up to 50Gb/s, compliant with QSFP56 MSA and IEEE 802.3 standards.
Key advantages include: Higher port bandwidth, density, and configurability for data centers, with lower cost and power consumption. It is widely used in cloud computing, supercomputers, and connecting NVIDIA GPU-based systems to InfiniBand networks/storage networks.Compared to optical modules, it offers economical benefits of low cost and high reliability.
