Emule XLPE 35000 Gen7 Fibre Channel (FC) Host Bus Adapter (HBAS) designed by Broadcom is aimed at demanding mission-critical workloads and emerging applications.

The size and scale of applications continue to grow. In order to support them, enterprises are increasingly turning to new server technologies that include hundreds of processor cores and high-performance storage solutions including low-latency NVME All-Flash All-Flash Array (AFAS). NVME can significantly improve the performance of storage area network (SANS), thus making the selection of high-speed network technology a key factor to achieve the highest system performance.

Fibre Channel is a purpose-built storage network, which meets the requirements of high availability, scalability, predictable performance and low latency. Compared with the previous generation, Emulex Gen 7 FC HBA provides 2 times higher bandwidth, 3 times higher delay, enhanced security and operational efficiency of 32GFC and 64GFC SAN.

Emulex LPE35000 series HBA can be equipped with single, double or quadrilateral 32GFC optics, and can be upgraded with 64GFC optics to solve the most difficult workload and future NVME deployment *. Gen 7 32GFC provides seamless backward compatibility with 16GFC and 8GFC networks.
